Real Estate Principles
This 45-hour California Real Estate Principles course meets the DRE requirement for the state examination for Real Estate Agent and/Broker. Also applies toward DRE's elective education requirements for broker's exam. This course covers basic laws and principles of real estate ownership. For professionals and consumers. As of July 2003, California Real Estate Practice will be required by the Department of Real Estate in order to apply for the State Real Estate examination. This course is the study of daily work in the life of a real estate licensee, career opportunities and procedures for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Applies toward State's 18 month requirement for real estate salesperson license and broker's exam. DRE Approval number 1897-02

Approval #1965-03 (4.4103)(2274)(0611715) Real Estate Property Management is a 45-hour course designed to teach basics of residential property management. It will include preparing property for rent, advertising your rental, showing prospective tenants, written leases, legal aspects for the landlord and tenant, evictions, tax write offs and more. Real Estate Property Management qualifies for the mandatory pre-license course for sales license applicants.
